This complex has more problems with their security gate than any other complex I have ever lived at. Months ago a high speed chase broke the gates. The gates were not fixed for over 3 months!!! Security is clearly not a priority for the management and I never feel very safe. In fact, the apartment doors do not even have dead bolts. The call box area to get into the complex is another nightmare. There is only one call box, so when a nonresident is trying to get buzzed in all the residents have to wait. I have sat in my car for over 5 minutes on numerous occasions just waiting to drive through. The apartments are plain and unimpressive on the inside with cheap fixtures and appliances. The residents are not friendly and there is an unsual mix of people. Live here for the location because that is the complex's only selling point.
