Great New Managment & Excellent Location

The apartments are older, but the new managment has taken a proactive effort to keep the apartments well maintained. The maintenance guys are stellar. The neighbors are friendly and active around the complex pool and workout room. The apartments are spacious and have interesting architecture. The rent is very good for the excellent location - walking distance to Marta and many great shopping areas and less than a mile to 400. The only downer is the design of the gate card entry - it is shaped so that you hit your back and front tire trying to get around it - And the leasing office makes you pay $100 for a remote for the gate.
