Pretty good, on the whole... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Excellent location, walking distance from MARTA, restaurants, cinema, shopping, bars etc. Loft apartments especially airy, spacious and unique. Apartments at back of complex benefit from totally private view of beautiful, wooded area... peace & tranquility in centre of Buckhead!! Vaulted ceilings and large windows provide light & ambience. Population seems transient, people not too friendly. Several recent changes in management have meant somewhat erratic maintenance, but htings seem to be on the up. The gate is a nightmare - $100 for a clicker is steep, but worth investement when it prevents you from waiting behind a queue of visitors.
