i will say that the location in general is very convenient as you are close to most anything that you need (shopping, food, etc.)

however, the negatives outweigh the positives. first, as many other reviewers have noted, the access gate breaks almost weekly. rather than replace, they continue to try to repair it with little to no success. which leads to another issue: safety. the area is not secure. lighting is minimal and often blocked by tall trees/bushes. my car was broken into along with several others during my residency. then, my car was hit while parked. no clue who did either. several abandoned vehicles showed up in the parking lot over the past several months. seems it would be much more cost efficient to have a guard stand at the front, given how small the complex is.

the professional atmosphere has rapidly given way to a college-dorm environment. parking was plentiful until the complex allowed the contractors doing reroofing and resealing of parking lot to occupy a third of the spaces in the back of the complex with their vehicles and materials. literally, "repairs" have been ongoing for the last six months if not longer. lots of noise and little consideration for the tenants right of quiet enjoyment during the last year. there just hasn't been much concern for the tenants during this time.

got a great deal on rent (well below market listing), but would not pay anymore than what i paid to live here. just too many concerns that you shouldn't have as a resident of a gated community.
