Don't get me wrong - the apartments are nice, location can't be beat. The reason I moved here was because I got a great apartmetn at a great price. Since the new maangement took over, I've been getting letters saying all the "improvement" they are going to do. The I get a renewal letter raising my rent $200! Big deal - internet by the pool for an extra $200' I stopped by the office recently to pick up a package & saw a newly redecorated office (very expensive looking). So this is where my renewal increase came from''' As far as the new staff goes, the blonde in the office can't be bothered to get off her cell phone to help me get my package, the new maintenance guy spends more time detailing cars at the car wash than fixing anything. I'd rather chat with the old staff in the old office than pay an extra $200 for all these "improvements". I can go next door to the Manor at Buckhead for less money. And by the way, after threatening to move out, they reduced my increase to ONLY $100. I'm out of here after at the end of my lease. Since there are obviously several vacant units, they may need to re-think their strategy! One final word - Collin is the only one left from the orginal staff & he is the only one I see working at all. Figures...
