Apartment I would NEVER recommended

I moved into the apartment complex mainly due to its location. Although the Grove at Buckhead prides itself in being a luxury apartment, there are several basic problems that begin right at the gate. The gate is perpetually in a state of repair, often, several times a month. Visitors are confused and often block the line of cars, as there is no designated card access area for them. The sidewalk ends abruptly making the entry hazardous for pedestrians. Parking is neither assigned or spacious. Most cars have dents and dings because of this. Sidewalk and apartment stairs are narrow, exposed and unsafe. There is only one laundry room for the entire complex(!) which has a diminishing count of working washers and dryers(down to one for the last several months!!!). Residents have to choose to do their laundry at odd hours of the day to escape 'peak traffic'. Apartment gym is tiny and has machines that are never repaired. Nights are scary/noisy with drunken revelry, brawl and people calling swear words. The apartments are poorly constructed with flimsy staircase that rattle and vibrate. You can also hear when your neighbor upstairs in having a shower! The ever changing apartment management is not concerned about service or residents well being. On the whole, these apartments are very lousy to say the least. Beware!
