My wife and I moved in 9/2006. Cool place to live, access to all of Buckhead, staff is cool. Problems - front gate is the biggest pain in the a@@! It's way to small and scrapes of tons of cars. Constantly run out of hot water...so if taking a normal shower with heat is something you'd like to do daily, might want to look elsewhere. Other than that, it's a nice community (except for the thugs who seem to always be lurking around when it's dark...my wife won't go out when it's dark).
