11 yr. Historical Perspective

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2007

I moved to Atlanta in April 1996 and I chose to live in The Grove at Buckhead (now The Cambridge at Buckhead) for a variety of reasons which I'll explain. I was one of the first tenants here and there are still several pennants here from the early years. My choice in 1996 was a no-brainer considering the amazingly convenient location which, if you don't know the area, a quick aerial view from a Google Map search will reveal. Because there are only about 160 units, the apartment community is small enough that if you choose to engage your neighbors you'll make some good friends.

During my current 11 yr. tenure I've dealt with every management team since the inception. I can honestly say that management has always been courteous, very responsive to our needs, and always interested in our safety and well being. They frequently host various tenant social events (usually pool-side parties) that help create a very comfortable and enjoyable living experience. Although the current management team has only been on board for about six months, they are one of the most conscientious and dedicated team yet. Any maintenance requests are handled immediately and professionally. They welcome our suggestions for improvements and are personable and always professional.

When you read negative reviews about this property, you should keep in mind your own life experiences when things didn't go your way. It's always easy and convenient to blame others for your own failings, and all of the complaining I read on this site appears to be from former residents with ulterior motives so easy to detect that a cave man could do it.

If you're looking for a comfortable, well constructed, safe and friendly place to live, I highly recommend The Cambridge at Buckhead.
