Wow! Apparently, some of the other tenants here have just figured out that this is Atlanta. Every place you go is going to have some type of crime wave that passes through at one time or another. You don't live with mommy and daddy anymore to keep you safe. Unlike some of the people here, I researched when I heard about the recent crime (police reports are public). Some things to learn from these reports 1. Don't leave valuables visible in your car (easy picking will ensure that they will come back for more) 2. Don't open your door at 3am when you aren't expecting anyone (common sense 101) 3. This is a 'gated' community in the heart of Buckhead, not a castle with armed guards on horses (some of the residents think they are a princess) I like that I live in a community and not a prison with 'big brother' always looking over my shoulder. I feel perfectly safe here and love the location. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to move to Atlanta.
In conclusion, if you are the type of person who grew up with rubberized playgrounds instead of a metal-bar jungle-gym, you probably shouldn't leave home anyway. As for anyone else who loves Atlanta and can function in normal society, there are some apartments coming available after the staff peels off the unicorn stickers and repaints the pink walls in the master.

If you are the leasing office, and from this it seems you are, will you please put out more doggie poo bags. When the last manager was here she always did a good job keeping them full, but since the new management has moved in several times they've been empty for a week at least. Thanks.
By the way, there's still street lights that are out in the "community."

These are postings coming from the leasing office trying to encourage people to move. Do not trust these positive reviews. I can confirm that many units the complex are now vaccant. Others are being leased out as dorm rooms to students at AIU. Many residents have set a deadline and are seeking legal help.
