This is an honest warning to all those people considering renting at the Cambridge at Buckhead. Please do not believe any of the reviews that indicate anything different. No one besides management or a very naive resident would "highly recommend" this place. Over the past several months, the Cambridge has been repeatedly targeted. Burglars are breaking into multiple apartments and multiple cars on multiple occasions!!! I encourage you to contact the police department for an accurate count on all the incidences that have happened. Management does not portray a fair and realistic picture of what has happened and what is happening. Everyone knows the dangers of living in and close to the city, but there is only so much an individual can do. There are hundreds of other apartments you can rent in and around Atlanta. Please go somewhere else. It is not worth it!

I am in close association with the APD and Cambridge has not been targeted. In fact the number of incidents are lower than most apartments and other communities in the same area. Check the facts by calling the APD. Never let one's emotions effect YOUR decisions.

Talking about emotions...if you are the type that does not get upset when they brake into your car and apartment, then Cambridge is the place for you.

WOW!!!! just when I am thinking about residing here. Now I don't know. Can any one persuade me otherwise? Should I make the move, or not? Feed backs would be greatly appreciated.
