I came to LIVE here with the best intentions..I heard about a mess to clean up from previous management team and members who are still there. All I heard was complaints from all the tenants and neighbors about management,it was true,the worst..I mean worst company I have ever ENCOUNTERED in my 40 years on this earth..The people who rent there are great,its clearly a POOR managment company with issues..There budget is so screwed up,the regional manager has no clue on how to run a business..All they care about is money coming in,they dont want you to spend a dime on the tenants..long story short
IF YOU MOVE HERE YOU ARE A FOOL..FIND A BETTER MANAGEMENT COMPANY,TRUST ME YOU WILL REGRET IT....FORMER TENANT

what exactly do you mean by the above statement? You need to be more specific because a person such as myself, am looking to move to GA. in 18 months. Your review is not that informative. You should just give the FACTS!!!!!
