No problems here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have recently moved into the Summit Brookwood and have had no problems. I actually am a bit surprised to hear some of these negative reviews. The management has been extremely helpful and the maintenance staff responds quickly to any of my needs. The complex is only 1.5 years old and is in very good shape. Although, I can hear the people above me at times, it could be much worse. In terms of finding a new apartment close to Buckhead and Midtown, this has to be one of the better places. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
