I think the review stating "great apartment, great people, [etc]" is rather fabricated. First, what resident boasts about the convenience of "living in the heart of atlanta." I lived in Summit Brookwood after winning a year's free rent in a penthouse. It was cool, but it looks like I got out just before things got horrible. Didn't favor the staff too well. Overwhelmingly the mold, manipulative staff, fruitflies and brokwn access gates should keep interested residents on their way to other properties. The residents were pretty good, though.. the ones i knew. Lots of college kids, --- singles, young professionals and wasp-wannabees. AND JUST BECAUSE YOU SEE BLACK MEN DOESN'T MEAN THE PROPERTY IS DRUG-RIDDEN. Damn, the racism in some of these reviews is ridiculous!
