What is going on with all the negative reviews' I was referred to Summit Brookwood by a friend and so far I am very happy! I have lived here for 4 months and have yet to experience any of the so called "problems". It is so funny how these people who write the bad reviews are typically the ones who choose not to pay rent and get evicted. I mean that would be great if I could live for free, but what can you do' Speaking of which, this person who said they lived free for a year must have really hated it seeing as though they choose to move back. Anyway, I would recomend these apartments to any of my friends. One thing I have to say I love about them is the fact that they are located in between both Midtown and Buckhead, but also around every place to eat you could want!
