I lived here and had an awful experience. I suppose there are some that have had just the opposite...although I think most of the positive reviews are the work of management. I was so paranoid about living in another apartment after Summit Brookwood, that I took the time to speak with at least ten residents at my new apartment before I signed the lease. No one had anything bad to say. I have lived in my new apartment for a few months and everything has been perfect. If you plan on moving to this property, I would highly advise that you speak to as many residents as possible about their living conditions.
