Gosh, i have to agree with the last write-up. The walls are extra thin and the overall structure is terrible. The apartments are very nice but not worth the money due to all the issues.Yes, the staff is great however i would have to concur with the other tenants as far as the problems at Summitt. This is not a place i would recommend. I plan on moving as soon as my lease is up.
