From the outside, the apartment community is modern and full of ammenities...then you move in and are awakened by the people below's alarm clock- or you hear the people above's phone ring. Not only that, but we received complaints of having a "noisy party" on a Sunday night. Apparently, footsteps sound like stomps due to poor insulation and construction.

Our leasing agents repeatedly told us wrong information (switching units- yes, then no...the date of the end of our lease- got it wrong...I can go on forever).

They are poorly made and while are nice aesthetically, there is more to a home than the way it looks. The "berber carpet" is more like plywood.

Take the inflated rent money and go to Post Peachtree Hills.
