I've lived at Summit Brookwood for 2 years. I love the location and I've met a lot of new friends here. The price wasnt bad when I moved in but I believe the rates are pretty high now. I'm in the midrise building on the backside and I rarely hear a sound. My one complaint is the mold. I read about the mold problem on this website before I moved in. I asked the leasing office several questions about the mold issue and they said it wasnt a problem. Unfortunatley, my clothes, stuffed animals, walls, you name it have mold on them regularly. I'm moving out next month and I'm looking forward to not having to clean my walls every week in my next apartment. It is embarrassing when overnight guest come over and they wake up with stuffed up noses due to the mold!
