I've lived here for almost 2 years and although I love the location, there have been several problems. The staff act as if it is a "privilege" for us to live here. The rent is expensive and they charge you for the smallest things. There's not even any padding under the carpet in one of the buildings! The one good thing is the maintenance staff who respond to problems quickly and are very helpful. I definitely would not choose Summit Brookwood again. I'd rather live in an apt. community that appreciates their residents on a day to day basis, not once a month for the parties.
