I have lived here for almost a year. I do not recommend it bc they raised the rent on me after my 6 month lease ended by 20 dollars. A twenty dollar increase in rent after only six months is nuts! I am sure that they will raise it again by at least another 20 bucks after the next six months is over. Once you move in somewhere it is a pain to move out only a year later and they really do their best to screw you. I do not see mold in my apartment, however, my place has a very poor odor to it. It's a "stale" or "damp" type smell that makes me sick. It took me 8 months until I finally found a freshener that actually masked that smell. I went from candles to burning oils to sprays before I finally got something to work. The people upstairs from me are very loud. I have complained once and things have improved but it is still not perfect. The walls are definitely thin here. Try 1660 peachtree apartments first. I should have rented there but got sucked in to the larger apartments here. There are insects in this apartment as well, i have sprayed the whole place twice now, hopefully that will work. I am tired of seeing spiders and waterbugs crawling on the wall. The location is good but there are dozens of places lining Peachtree st. that have just as good a location. The money is the worst part. You have to pay for water, trash, sewer and for a maintenance fee on top of rent. WHAT!!! I have never in my life paid for any of these things much less all four. So plan on tacking 30-50 bucks extra a month. I highly recommend you look at other places and consider them before moving in here. There are a lot of "NO" recommendations for a reason.
