Just thought it would be nice to warn people about all the theft problems summit brookwood has.

I am one of many whose car has been broken into while parked in the complex. EVERYTHING was stolen! I've learned this is a major issue because of word of mouth and the police officer that did my report mentioned he was tired of stopping by for the SAME PROBLEM.

The people who run this complex never once warned me about the issue, and I even asked! Also, they don't bother sending out a notice warning people after an incident occurs.

Please consider my comment before looking into renting from here. Believe me they don't care about your well being after you signed your lease.

Thats actually NOT true. I live there as well and I know for a fact that ALL the other cummunities are having the same problem with break ins. AND, they have sent out many notices concerning this issue.
