extremely poor management, poor record keeping, MOLD and no padding under carpet From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   lack of padding under carpet caused leg pain and leg cramps. mold is a terrible problem, you can smell it everywhere. mold created health issues. poperty manager (not staff) thinks she owns the property and makes it difficult to want to continue to live there. property manager adds invalid charges. i would not recommend this property to anyone. living near buckhead or midtown not important enough to endure abuse from this property
