I have read responses from YOU on the others that have left messages...do you work for the apartment complex or something? (Defending them and ignoring the LEGIT complaints and problems that really happen here --- YOU SOUND VERY IGNORANT). And for your information since you are concerned with why I am renting at $1300/mo...I can afford it!!! Point --- Blank! CAN YOU ??? And YES it is still TACKY for rent to be as high as it is, and you can't use the mail station!

What mailboxes get smashed in everyday? I have never noticed that. Although I do have complaints about the complex, I have never had this one. And you aren't paying 1300 dollars because it's the best apartment or because they have great service, it's the location. If you can afford that much in rent, why not buy a condo?

If you would put your mail in mail slot correctly, all the way in, not half-ass, you would not have a problem.
