I highly recommend NOT renting here. Not only is the staff incompetent (especially Bobbie Minter and Ren, the Manager) it is very unsafe. They have taken NO steps to reduce crime or impelement security measures, and my apartment was robbed along with three others during the day. The staff did not even call me when it happened; I cam home to find police scouring my apartment for clues. The walls are paper-thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, and I even walked by a neighbor smoking marijuana blatantly out in the open in front of his toddler-age child. DO NOT rent here. It is very dangerous and the staff is completely insensitive to any resident concerns.

Well I have to say that any where you live in this city or anywhere else you are never safe. Did you take any action as far as a alarm system that the office suggested to all residents? I really think the staff is great and if you had asked you would know that Bobbie is not longer in the office. When you say NO steps were taken think again and look around. They have really tried to make it as safe as they can given we live in a crime filled city. And as far as seeing someone smoking marijuana outside the apartment, TAKE SOME ACTION OF YOUR OWN AND ALL THE POLICE CRIME DOES NOT STOP IF YOU DON'T TAKE SOME ACTION YOURSELF.

To my understanding they have an off duty Atlanta Police Officer that stays on property, how well does that workout?
