I wrote a review when I first moved in (August) that was fairly optomistic about my new living situation. However, with the change in guard (all new property office staff), my opinions have changed. The new manager, as mentioned in the previous review, it quite aweful. She's rude and inconsiderate. The maintenance staff are great, however, and have fixed any problems that I've had. In terms of the property itself, it's mostly nice. Except... there is dog crap everywhere! Obviously, most of the people that own pets at this place are extremely lazy... just because your dog is small doesn't mean you don't have to pick up its crap! The little "dog park" is completely contaminated with dog crap... I would never let my dog in there just for fear of parasites, etc. Parking is ample but, even though gated, is not safe. There are break-ins and you won't know about them because the staff doesn't send out notices anymore. I don't really hear much noise through my walls, ceiling, or floor but I do hear people running up and down the halls, being extremely noisy, at all hours. Overall, I'm unsure as to whether I'll be renewing my lease... it depends on how much the price of rent is raised.
