As far as safety is concerned the statements here are exaggerated. I was notified by the staff when apartments or cars were broken into, but I never had a problem myself. I jogged through the neighborhood around the property early in morning (around 5 am) and sometimes in the evening as late as 9 pm and never felt unsafe at all.

The area around the complex is residential and as nice as you're going to get if you want to live in midtown. The breezeways do get some trash sometimes, but I've noticed that tends to be on the weekend and they're always clean again by the time I come home from work on Monday.

I think the maintenence staff does a good job. I've only had to call them once, but the repairs were done the same day I placed the work order.

There is a problem with people not cleaning up after their dogs.

I never had any problem with noise.

I couldn't say the staff was ever rude to me, but they often acted as if every question I had was stupid. They could be nicer, but overall they were fine.

I'm willing to bet the people complaining here about the staff are not taking care of their own responsibilities. In reality, if you pay your rent on time you shouldn't have to have that much contact with the leasing office staff.

I moved out to be closer to my office. Otherwise I would have renewed my lease.
