i dont really understand all the negative and hateful reviews....this place is nice to live in! Staff--both in the leasing office and in maintenance--are always friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the maintenance request process especially. If you submit a request online, the maintenance guy will show up at your door the next day and help you out with anything you need. very quick and responsive. And one day one of the staff (Jorge) actually saw me struggling to carry a heavy load of groceries, and he helped me bring them to my apartment! Camden definitely does a good job picking its staff members.

The facilities--pool, fitness center, individual units, etc-- are well kept and nice, and I've never encountered any problems. I liked the balconies, the big walk in closets, and the location of the complex. The gated parking area was also a plus. Security was never an issue for me, and I felt pretty safe overall.

The prices are pretty reasonable, the place is well managed and properly maintained. Also very pet-friendly, with a really pretty public park a short walk away.

You can't beat the location and the facilities for the price. I'm not really sure why the reviews on here are so bad. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.
