I lived there for 6 months, the management was horrible. There were always these huge ---- roaches all around the complex grounds.
Oh and if you like to work out - forget about it! The equipment in the fitness center rarely works! There is no business center for the residents and don't even think of referring a friend to live there, you'll never get your feferral fees.
They made mistakes on my rent just about every month but if I so much as forgot to pay rent even one day late I was threatened to be evicted.
I would not recomnmed anyone live in Summit properties. I hear it's like this nationwide.
