I haven't even lived here a month and already I am ready to move out.

First, the parking is terrible, and the lots are dark and unsafe. I have had to park at the leasing office because there are not any parking spots available.

Second, our downstairs neighbor contantly blasts his music at all hours, there is always yelling and noise outside of the apartments, and the sirens from 285 are bad too.

Third, the leasing staff is extremely unhelpful. They have yet to put our name on the call list to get in the complex(which doesn't matter because the gates are always open anyways),and they have told us 3 times that they are too busy to give us a remote control to get in, so we have to punch the code in every time.

Fourth, when we moved in our garbage disposal and dryer vent were broken, and the carpeting is coming up near the fireplace.

All in all I have to say this is the WORST apartment I have ever lived in and that includes the dumpy ones I lived in when I was in college (at least the leasing staffs were always helpful) I do NOT recommend moving here. We moved from a nicer place in Gwinnett so we could live in the Dunwoody area and really miss our old place.
