Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
When I moved in nothing was finished, the walls had not been re-painted, the place was not clean and the laundry door was missing. Also, after moving into Summit Club they changed some fees. Now they are charging $35.00 each to install fans that you have to purchase yourself and the once $300.00 pet fee is now $500.00. The only reason I'm not moving is because it's too much of a hassle.
