Not long before it's razed

I lived there for 5 years, and saw the fall off the Summit. During the last 18 months the management turned what was a nice property into a shady neighborhood. The drug dealing at the pool, along with the constant harrassment of female residents drove many long term residents, like myself, away.
Even after several calls to the corporate offices, which were rarely returned, my problems were not resolved: 50% of public lights out all the time, the overflowing trash bins, the power being turned off by the power company in garages making them useless, the always broken gate, and the parking fiasco that keeps the fire department from being able to drive around the complex, if they receive the alarm call at all since the alarms were often inoperative, these are just a few of Slummit's problems.
I would miss this apartment if it were not for the terrible experience Summit Properties has left me with. I would have thought that this was an isolated problem within Summit, but friends at other Summit Properties have similar stories. And if you still decide to move in, watch for added fees each month.
