I moved in the end of July 2002 and have been miserable since day 1. I don't feel safe, and am constantly being woken up by rowdy neighbors. My apartment hadn't been painted when I moved in and was told that I was welcome to a little jar of paint to touch up myself. I have to have the exterminator in weekly because I can't get rid of bugs no matter what, and feel certain it's because they don't bother to exterminate the exteriors of the buildings.

I'm constantly avoiding stepping in dog droppings outside, and am embarrassed to have people over because the corridors are littered with dozens of cigarette butts.

Maintenance requests are a joke. I won't even get into how bad the customer service is at this place, and I'm sorry, but being understaffed just isn't an excuse when it's been going on for months.

Thankfully I'm only in a 6 month lease, and while I dread the pain of moving again, you'd better believe I'll be out of there and will pay MORE just to live somewhere else.
