Decent place to live

I've only lived at Camden Dunwoody a little while. I was not working during the time so I got to see the place at all hours. I'm relocating leaving for a job but I would stay if I could. My apartment is in the front of the property next to the pool so I cannot say what goes on in the back of the complex. Here s my review of the different aspects (sorry it's so long):
.Parking: This can be a pain in the evenings and weekend, but that's probably true anywhere you don't have assigned parking. Someone here owns a locksmith business and parks all 4-6 vans here, which is annoying. People park outside the gates in front of the leasing office especially on the weekends. You can rent a garage space for $100 a month if it really important to you, but it seems like people just rent them for storage. There are two main entry gates, one with a call box. You can rent a remote control for both gates for $50 (they call it a deposit, but I was told you don't actually get it back so I didn't bother). The remote is only helpful if you live on that side of the complex and don't want to drive all the way around.
.Noise: I rarely hear my neighbors. Actually I rarely even see my neighbors. Occasionally I can hear the bass from my downstairs neighbor, but it wasn't enough to bother me. I had to stop everything to really hear it. Now that school is out and it's warm out, I realize exactly how MANY kids live here. It's okay because I like kids, but they tend to get loud around the pool, get in the way of cars, and there are always teenagers hanging out there pretty late at night, although they are trying to crack down on enforcing the "Pool closes at dusk" rule. Anyway, I have to close the windows for the AC now, so I hardly hear them anymore.
.Grounds: The grounds are very nice. The maintenance crew is always out. There have been a few issues with litter in the hallways and people not cleaning up after their dogs.
.Safety: I live on the 2nd floor and I feel pretty safe here. The lighting around the building can be spotty in some areas, but is good for the most part. The lighting in building hallways is photosensitive, so they come on right at dusk. Pathways are clear and as a young, single woman I would feel comfortable walking to my car or the mailboxes at night by myself.
.Construction: The buildings are fairly new; I would say no more that 7 years old. You can tell they were put up quickly. There are a few touches here and there were it looks like they rushed over the details. Heating and AC are fine. My power bill average $45/month. I don't know if that's good or bad since it is the first power bill I've had to pay on my own, but I am home during the day, so it can't be that bad.
.Maintenance: I haven't had any maintenance problems, so I can say, but they seem friendly enough when I see them around. I don't know how responsive they are.
.Staff: The office staff is nice. They've always been responsive when I've gone in, but I pay my rent online and early so I haven't really had any occasion to have any difficulty with them. There is one staff member I would keep an eye on. She seems a little flaky at times. Don't get me wrong- she's very friendly and means well. I would just double-check any numbers she gives you. You'll know which one she is.
.Overall: Like I said, I would stay if I could. My short stay here has been good.
