My fiancee and I moved here from North Carolina in January. We had heard good things about Camden and being that it is in a nice area we asumed it would also be nice because we are paying a huge amount of money for a one bedroom. Since we have moved in they have not completed the renovations they promised in the gym, kids are smoking pot at the pool openly, the people above us are so loud we have called the after hours line and no one has repsonded to our complaints, we had my bridal portraits delivered here and were told they had no packages for us until we went and looked through the storeroom and found them ourselves. Also, last month we received a letter apologizing for the criminal activity that had been occurring in the complex and that we should always be sure to lock all doors and windows even on the top floors especially when we were home and to not open our blinds. It's not safe to twalk around at night. Our newest complaint is that the sprinkler system which is meant I guess to make the landscaping so nice no one notices the people, is pointed to spray across the walkways so if we want to get to work dry in the morning we have to plan our exit around the sprinkler systems. Tonight we cam home to find most of the apartment complex sitting in their cars outside the gates because they wouldn't open. I would never recommend this complex to anyone. It's not apartments, it's Section 8 housing. Between the noise, the criminal activity, and the open use of drugs, I can't wait to get out.
