Parking -My side of the complex is quiet and there is ample parking. I've never had an issue with which is a huge plus when renting an apartment. FYI- If you are driving into the complex and end up in an apartment that's on the immediate left side of the gate- no parking problems:)
Maintenance- Initially I had issues with maintenance fixing leaking above my tub. It made takin a bath pretty much non existant just for the sure fact that I didnt want water dropping on my head. It took almost about 1 month for them to fix the problem, but once it was resolved, I haven't had a problem since.
Bugs- Um - this is something new for me considering I'm not from Georgia. It's the most stressful thing I've ever experienced. I've had them spray twice within a 30 day period in the month of August and they are still hanging around. They've been found in all rooms of my apartment, more or less in the kitchen. I've ensure that I don't have dirty dishes and clean up nightly, but I'm assuming it doesn't matter. My reasons for wanting to move would be solely based on the roach/waterbug issue. I don't bring company over for that reason.
Facilities -I've not used the facilities so I'm not sure what that's like, but it seems that the gym is always packed especially after work.
Customer Service- They are pretty friendly and appear to be accommodating, however it doesn't take away from the bug issue.
Cable- its built into the rent - which I hate. I'd prefer that it's separate but what are you gonna do.
Amenities - My place is small, but I most certainly enjoy my garden tub now and the free stackable washer dryer hook-up.
I'm still debating if I want to deal with the bug issue. That would honestly be my only reason for leaving. To be honest, I don't think I could refer anyone here. I don't know anyone that would want to have an involuntary roommates (bugs). I honestly hate that this is my determinines my decision about the place, but I'm sure most people would like a bug free place.

go on the internet (jerrybaker.com) and you'll find economical, natural ways to eliminate the bug problem. chemical sprays don't work; bugs are immune to them, and it poisons your environment. and, this is Georgia, you live in a forest. you'll always contend and compete with bugs and critters.

I live in this complex. Not only that you live in GA, but even in buckhead, youre going to have a waterbug problem. Im not from GA either so all this GINORMOUS bug business was a big shock to my system, too. Im not saying Ive learned to live with em either, but a bug here or there isn't too bad, for me. I tell you it was much better than being in Marietta where there was nothing but tress. Youd really think I was living in a forest. I had soooooo many waterbugs and milllipedes and every other insect that I've never even seen before it was terrible. I dont do bugs so thats when I knew I had to leave. It was just tooooooo many of em. Here. 1 or 2 every other month...is OK. Dont leave because of a few bugs and get to another complex and get more bugs than you get here..LMAO That wont be fun.

I will say that the bug issue that I previously stated in 09/11/08 statement has been eliminated. It took some time, but I finally got my sanity back and decided to continue with another lease. All is good except for the gates. They could at least put signs on them stating that they are broken so you not sitting there looking stupid while you are waiting for the gate to open. Not exactly proactive, but I can honestly say things have been much better for me here. Now I'm just dealing with unruly neighbors that like to blast the music. - Good ole apartment living!!
