So far so good.

I've been here for 5 months, and have been a GA resident my entire life. I've lived in 1 rental house and 2 other apt communities. This one by far has the nicest office staff. Sometimes you do have to wait a little bit for maintenance issues to be resolved. I had a washer/dryer issue and it took them a couple weeks to get me a new one. But they did give me prepaid cards to the apartment laundry room. The grounds are kept really nice, and I haven't had any safety issues, but I do live on the 2nd floor. One thing I like is that you can transfer apartments within the complex if you find a better deal for yourself. You do have to pay a fee which isn't that big of a deal for me.
The bugs are a part of being in GA. Every place I've lived in has roaches and water bugs. There isn't much you can do about it, but I did get the roach poison stuff from Kroger and it really helped me out a lot. I've lived from Tucker to Alpharetta, and its the same thing. So don't blame it on Camden. Just get used to it.
Parking is not that great unless you have a garage. Thats probably my main complaint.
