Camden Midtown Atlanta

Overall a Solid Place to Live From: adamharrell Date posted: 10/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I've lived here since it was highlands on ponce and tehn summit midtown. The Camden management is a drastic improvement over previous owner summit. Interior has been re-done and pool is much better maintained. They've hired security that patrols the area. Although this is midtown, so don't leave valuables in your car or you're asking for trouble. It's probably one of the best price/location values in midtown. 5 great restaurants, grocery market, package store, and dry cleaner are with in walking distance. Fox theatre & piedmont park are also within waliking distance, but slightly further away. My place has great views of the city and is very quiet. Although previous apt in same complex had bad view and lots of street noise.
