Well I've lived here for a bit over a year. The office employees are kind as long as all is well. Since living here though if there is anything that I have an issue with its something they can't fix. For instance:

the parking gate to the public area is not working most of the time. When I asked about the safety they said it's not their responsibility to have a working gate but they will do what they can to fix it. Typically it just stays open.

Also I have had 2 floods. The first one was major and they told me to notify my insurance ASAP. They had the "culprit" and his info (someone hit a water line in the parking garage). I would not pay anything but my insurance company would go against the person who broke the line. Well my insurance paid me nothing because the damage to my personal belongs was minimal HOWEVER it DOES show as a claim and I am now being punished by higher rental insurance rates due to the issue.

My refrigerator broke in the apartment and it took 24 hours to correct. Everything was ruined. The apartment however compensated me for the loss because they dropped the ball.

I then had a second leak from the above apartment which was corrected promptly. Within a few hours.

Walls are paper thin and windows are single pain. If you are on North AVE you WILL hear lots of noise all night long. Takes a lot to get used to as the rescue squad uses North as do many motorcycles.

My ceiling fan shakes when the neighbors walk upstairs. I hear them all the time!

Homeless sleep in the side areas around the apartment behind Krispy Kreme and out front of pizza place on other side street.
