They try, but this just isn't the place that they advertize.
Often times I feel like I'm living in a getto. The noise is a joke, I get woken up MOST weekends (and some week nights) by drunken couples fighting in the parking lot at 2-4am, music blaring from cars, and cackling ladies who seem to forget that other people live in the complex other than them.
I've seen cars vandalized and even drove up on a man trying to break into one. It seems to be more often than not that the gates are not working correctly, and there is usually one just standing open. It really is a false sence of security...I haven't even had to use my gate remote in 3 weeks.
My air conditioning unit broke down and I had to call 7 times before anyone came, even though I was assured each call that someone was on their way (I later found out that the 'someone' didn't even know about my maintenace order). But to their credit, they have fixed thing right the first time and I've never had to call about the same thing twice.
Finally, I'm currently on hold with the office...they put me on hold when they answered and I've had time to write this entire review while I wait...I'm still waiting. Ironically, I'm calling to see how much it would cost me to get out of my lease early.
