Temp Changing Water that was Brown and RATS From: chrisatl260@aol.com Date posted: 5/7/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   I lived in A-9 from 1999 to 2000 and moved out to for the reason of water temperature that never stayed the same. It would be fine and then it would be scortching hot. Donna the mgr at the time didnt care. Nor did she care that RATS were in the whole building. I am surprised that this place is still here. I contacted the Better Business Bearau. Donna refuted the letter and didnt address any concerns which she knew were true. Having small children here all the time, I knew it was unsafe for them and had to leave. This place has a great location, but it sucks....renovations that were promised never came even after a year after I left.
