A dump but headed in the right direction From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Ive read the latest comments and frankly they sound like theyre from the people who Im glad have left. New ownership has spent a lot of money trying to get control of MC. New roofs, boiler systems - its been a hassle but Id rather have that than the leaks and lack of hot water that existed before this new group came in. The property is better maintained than it has been for months. No one cleaned this place from May to September. At least I see someone picking up dailoy now, but they still have a ways to go. As for the drug dealers and cruisers - well good riddance. Thank God someone finally stopped renting to them and had the guts to throw them out. Maybe theres hope for this place yet.
