From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   In response to the comments from 1-07-04, the reason all the money is being spent on the complex now is because they are going condo. The new owners are not doing it for the renting tenabts, they are doing it to sell the units. So when your current lease is up you will not have the option of a new one most likely. You will get to suffer all the noise and disruption of all the construction and then get the boot when they are finally a decent place to live. This is their right of couse, but don't get all teary eyed over the new owners trying to improve things, they aren't doing it for the tenants they are doing it to sell out.
