Ha ha.... as you can see the bad responses are far greater than the good. If you take a closer look most of the positive responses are anonymous The plumbing has not been updated and has all the same issues that apts had, numerous units have flooded, mold inside newly construction walls, management company is clueless, HOA Board is not very helpful and just plain rude at times, extremely over priced if you consider that you are buying as is. I bet the sales people told you every wall had been replaced and all the plumbing was new.... they told us the same thing, IT WAS A BLATANT LIE!!! If I knew now that conversion really meant…same old place with the same old problem newly surfaced with pretty hardwoods, new fixtures, and nice cabinets, I would have bought somewhere new. My hardwoods aren’t so pretty now that they have been destroyed by water damage.

I have owned at CH for about a year and a half now and I also have several friends who have lived there longer. None of us have experienced any problems.

There's no way that the sales staff could have told you the plumbing had been totally replaced because there is a very clear list in the documents we all signed saying what was and what wasn't replaced. It states (and I'm paraphrasing) that any plumbing that needed replacing was replaced, but for the most part it was left as is.

Yes, there may be some mold problems in some ground floor apartments, but I have several friends like myself who live above first floor and none of us have had problems in over a year and a half there.

The HOA board truly isn't that helpful, but they are new and still figuring out work with the community. Too bad there isn't a HOA Boards for Dummies book--a bit of advice would probably go a long way--but what does anyone really need from an HOA board on a regular basis?
