BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK in this area. If you seek a safe apartment, in a QUIET community, you'll like it here. No they're not "state of the art" but not a slum either. They're spacious and comfy with front/back doors, big double-mirrored bedroom closets, great plumbing, and plenty of parking.
GREAT Community Watch. We don't have the blaring stereos at night, or cars booming away in the parking lots. No crazy car horns in the mornings. Diverse community with no disruptive neighbors. It's boringly PERFECT. Not leaving anytime soon.
I disagree with the other reviewers. I' ve lived here for almost 5 years, and Russ and Deb have been awesome to me. Nothing discriminatory (I am a black male). I have never felt uncomfortable placing my needs in their hands. Anything I ever needed was addressed same day, or the next. Their entire maintenance TEAM is prompt and outstanding.
No power problems. I've got a personal music studio in my spare bedroom (with every outlet loaded) and Christmas lights EVERYWHERE, and still hadn't blown a circuit.
Some might cringe at the smallish fitness & laundry center, but at least it's clean. If you're that concerned about workout space, you probably already own a gym membership.
