Centennial Place Apartments

Nice apartments but too expensive & bad neighborhood From: ks1900 Date posted: 5/19/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The apartments are new and spacious. The leasing agents are very helpful during/before move in... but it is a different story once you have moved in. The maintanence guys are prompt though. Safety is a big concern. The front of the building has a locking entrance but the rear part of the building is open for anyone to wander into the building...Go figure! (Who is the idiot who designed this complex') Packages dropped off by courier disappear in minutes. Very expensive too. Near to Georgia Tech (the only reason I stayed here 1 1/2 years). On the whole, nice apartments if you work/study nearby and if safety is not a big concern.
