Centennial Place Apartments

VERY VERY BAD MAGAGEMENT! You may pay the bill for someone esle! From: voiceshouldbeheard Date posted: 8/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The office manager is a pain to deal with!!! You can expect anything but a good managment which will address any of your concerns. Their only concern is collect money and send wrong notice about your lease. There are lots of maintenance problems too. You expect cold water when you choose "cold" for your washer' Maybe the hot water comes out! You expect the utility bill reflects your usage' you might be paying someone else's bill! ---they can connect someone else's electrical units to your meter! Watch out! Do not live here. The office manager will drive you mad when you want to discuss the issue with her. VERY VERY VERY BAD experience here. Will move out once the lease ends! Never come here just because it is close to campus. I would rather take the Marta to school.
