the worst crime rate From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I don't know any other place that has a higher crime rate. I got robbed, I got broken into and had my car and my roommate's car stolen including our belongings. I have two of my really good friends that got broken into and had all their belongings stolen. I know atleast 7 people that got broken into whom all went to my school. And this all happened in the 5 month period. If you ask any police in the area they will tell you not to move in there because apparently it happens atleast once a week. THe worst management possible. THey don't care anything about what happened to you, but just that they get their rent. THe most unprofessional staff you can imagine. I would give them a Negative rating if there was one. The only good thing about the apartment is that it's in a very good location especially for students.
