I moved to Centennial Place apartments about 6 years ago. I loved the place at first but it took years to get repairs done. Mgmt has changed three times in the 6 years. Re certification staff including mgmt are lacking common sense and are not very knowledgeable about their jobs or their surroundings. The police officers are "out to lock people up". The security on premises have bad attitudes and problems with cursing. The head office in St Louis is of no help. In my opinion, you will pay alot of money for alot of B---S---. Suggestion: Clean house from area manager to compliance manager to Maintainence manager. The clean up crew is the only positive thing. Maintainence staff need to go back to school and stop patching and repair, after all doesn't part of our $1200.00 a month help pay their salaries and for the cost of meterials to repair and replace equipment. DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No Place I would recommend
