Please don't forget to ask about Break-ins b/c the staff will definitely not volunteer that sort of information. Security is inadequate, there are homeless shelters, drug rehab centers, and excess traffic from the two college campuses, the Aquarium and Centennial Park. The office staff does not address your concerns immediately and sometimes not at all. Sometimes you are not aware of issues until they have become apparent. This is true city living, crime ridden. One good this is the elementary school is great.
