I terminated my lease with a police report when someone tried to break into my apartment by kicking the door open while I and my roommate were inside. This happened on one saturday afternoon around 2.
The management didn't seem to care that much. I've never received any warnings from the management about security issues, although I knew for a fact that there were at least 3 previous break-ins before mine. Actually, when I called the management right after I called 911, no one from the management bothered to drop by or give me a call. They just sent the maintenance guy to fix the door.
Although its close proximity to Georgia Tech is a catch, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
